A New York City Judge will allow prosecutors to use a handgun found on Lil Wayne’s tourbus as evidence at the rappers trial.
The trial stems from a 2007 incident in which Wayne was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon after a show at New York’s Beacon Theather.
